Ordering

We want shopping for our products to be as easy as enjoying them. 


All online orders placed before 12pm (AEST) will be processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders received on a weekend, on a public holiday or after 12pm (AEST) on a working day will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.  

What happens if the products I order aren’t in stock?

If the item is listed on our online store, it is generally still in stock, however, we cannot guarantee this because our stock levels are constantly fluctuating.

If you purchase a product that is not in stock, you will be notified within 1 business day of your purchase being made with an estimated delivery time. Products that are not in stock may take up to two weeks to be dispatched. 

Can I change or cancel my online order?

We take pride in our fast delivery which means that most orders are packed and dispatched within a short amount of time. 


We are unable to make any changes to your order and we only have a small window of opportunity to be able to cancel your order. 


If you would like to do so, please contact us and we will do our best.While we will make every attempt to accommodate your request if your order has already been packed by our team we are unable to cancel it.  

What do I do if I need to update my delivery address?

We all make mistakes sometimes. Just in case, we always recommend double checking your email address and delivery address before placing your order. 


If you do however need to update your address, please get in touch with us. There is a small window of time between your order being placed and it being shipped for delivery. If we hear from you early enough, we may be able to change the address before your parcel is shipped out. 


 In the event that the delivery information is not correct and your purchase is undeliverable, additional charges for the cost of re-shipment may be payable. 

What payment methods can I use and is it safe?

We currently accept online payments by Mastercard and Visa only. If you prefer to pay using Amex or Direct Deposit, please contact us and we can discuss alternate payment arrangements.

Your security while shopping online with Bellridge is very important to us, and we’ve taken all reasonable measures to make sure your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times. We use industry standard SSL and encryption technology to ensure any sensitive information passing over the internet during transactions is secure.

Delivery

Our promise to you is excellence, simply delivered. That’s why we choose Australia Post and DHL Express for Australia-wide shipping.


Australia Post offers the following regular delivery time estimates NSW: 2-4 business days, VIC: 3-7 business days, SA: 4-7 business days, QLD: 4-7 business days, TAS: 4-5 business days, NT: 5-16 business days, WA: 6-10 business days.


DHL Express offers delivery by 6pm on the next business day after dispatch. A signature is required on delivery by DHL. If no one is available to sign for your parcel, an 'attempted delivery' card will be left at the address with further instructions including which post office or depot you can pick up your parcel from. 


Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout using Australia Post and DHL’s standard shipping charges. 

Can I deliver to a PO Box?

Yes - we can deliver to PO Box, Locked Bag or Parcel Locker addresses using Australia Post only. 


As DHL provides a door-to-door delivery service that requires a signature on all shipments they deliver, if you are unable to provide a physical address where you or someone else will be available to sign for your parcel, please select the Australia Post regular delivery option at checkout. 

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. 


With your tracking number, you can check the progress of your order through the Australia Post website here or the DHL Express Tracking Tool here

Does Bellridge ship internationally?

Warranty

Some Kanguru products include a Manufacturer’s Warranty from Kanguru Solutions. The warranty period and inclusions are specific to each product, and are detailed below.

What coverage and exclusions apply to the Manufacturer’s Warranty?

Coverage:
Kanguru Solutions warrants product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period (see specific product warranty for terms below). This non-transferable, limited warranty is only to the first end-user Purchaser. All product warranties begin on the date of purchase. If the product proves defective during this warranty period, the customer must contact Bellridge to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number.


Exclusions:
Excluded is damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, exposure of media to excess magnetic fields, or external environmental causes. Warranty does not apply if, in the judgment of Kanguru Solutions, the product fails due to damage from handling, accident, abuse, misuse, or if it has been used in a manner not conforming to the product’s instructions, has been modified in any way, or the warranty labels have been removed. Clearance items, custom order and volume purchases may not carry full warranty. Kanguru Solutions is not responsible for any damages incurred in the shipping process. Bellridge is not responsible for any damages incurred in the shipping process, nor for the non-receipt of goods.


Remedies:
The customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for a covered defect is repair or replacement of the defective product, at Kanguru Solutions’ sole option and expense. Any claims for loss or damage during shipping must be made to the carrier directly. Claims for shipping errors should be reported to Bellridge within three (3) working days of receipt of merchandise.


The above is Kanguru Solution's entire obligation to you under this warranty. IN NO EVENT SHALL KANGURU SOLUTIONS OR BELLRIDGE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS, EVEN IF KANGURU SOLUTIONS OR BELLRIDGE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. In no event shall Kanguru Solution's liability exceed the original purchase price of the drive or media disk in question. In no event shall Bellridge’s liability exceed the original purchase price of the drive or media disk in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.

3 Year Limited Warranty on Kanguru Flash Drives including most Defender flash drives* 


Kanguru Solutions guarantees that this product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 3 years from the date of purchase. This product carries a 3 year limited** warranty. 


* Due to design and/or security implementations, it may not be possible to support post-warranty RMA requests on some units.

Kanguru Solutions guarantees that every Kanguru Hard Drive or Optical Drive Duplicator will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year from the date of purchase. This product carries a 1 year limited* warranty on the case, controller and all internal components. If the product proves defective during this warranty period, the customer must contact Bellridge to obtain a RMA#. Customers will be responsible for paying shipping to Kanguru Solutions’ service facility located in Millis, Massachusetts in the US. 


* If a customer wants to receive RMA service after the warranty expires, they must contact Bellridge to obtain a RMA#. Customers will be responsible for paying shipping to and from Kanguru Solutions’ service facility located in Millis, Massachusetts in the US, a 
USD$30 service fee as well as the cost of any parts replaced.

What warranty is offered on Accessories?

1 Year Limited Warranty on all accessories 


Kanguru Solutions guarantees that products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year from the date of purchase. This product carries a 1 year limited* warranty.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and endeavour to ensure you purchase the solution that’s right for you by making available fully-functional trial software, where possible, as well as comprehensive product information and hardware specs. 


We will however accept returns for Kanguru products (excluding DVD duplicators, hard drive duplicators, clearance items, custom orders and volume purchases) within 30 days of purchase where the item(s) are unused and undamaged, and in original packaging in their original condition, subject to a restocking fee.  

What is your Returns Policy?

Bellridge does not normally provide refunds where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. If however, you would like to return your Kanguru product, please ensure you meet our 4 simple conditions required for a successful return. 


1. RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE 

Item(s) were purchased in the last 30 days and proof of purchase can be provided. 


2.ITEM(S) ARE UNUSED & UNDAMAGED 

Item(s) must be unused, unmodified or otherwise undamaged with original labels attached. 


3.IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CONDITION 

Item(s) are in original packaging in their original condition. 


4. EXCLUDES DUPLICATORS, CLEARANCE ITEMS, CUSTOM ORDERS AND VOLUME PURCHASES

Item(s) do not include DVD duplicators, hard drive duplicators, clearance items, custom orders and volume purchases. 


Bellridge reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements. We will not accept any opened product for return unless the product is returnable under the standard manufacturer's warranty policy. 


Bellridge does not offer refunds once the initial 30 day period has expired. All returns beyond 30 days after the purchase date are governed by the standard manufacturer’s warranty policy.

How do I book a return?

To return your Kanguru purchase:


1. All return requests must be submitted by obtaining a RMA Number from Bellridge here


 2. Complete and submit the RMA form online, detailing the item(s) that you would like to return, the reason for return and attach a copy of the invoice / proof of purchase. 


3. Once submitted, Bellridge will review your request. If your return is accepted, you will receive an email with your return label, RMA number and any applicable restocking fee. RMA numbers expire after 14 days and all returns must be accompanied by a current RMA number. 


4. Pack your return in another box or satchel to protect the original packaging. 


5. Print the provided shipping label and attach it to the package. Please note that this is not a prepaid label and will require postage to be paid for at your nearest post office (all shipping costs incurred from a return shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer). 


6. Visit your nearest Post Office to pay for and drop off the parcel. 


7. Once your return is shipped, please allow time for your delivery to reach our warehouse. This time may vary depending on your location. 


8. If approved, you will be notified via email and refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days. No money will returned or credited until the product is received by Bellridge in original condition. Any restocking fee incurred will be deducted from the returned item(s) purchase price.  

What should I do with my data if I have to return or replace my device? 

To protect your data, avoid privacy breaches and prevent data loss, please delete and back up all data stored on Kanguru device(s) before returning the product(s). 


In no event shall Bellridge or Kanguru Solutions be liable for the indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages or losses, including loss of data, use or profits, even if Bellridge or Kanguru Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Bellridge’s or Kanguru Solution's liability exceed the original purchase price of the drive or media disk in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.
